A bad habit is something that we do in order not to feel. And we need to learn to feel our way from our inner knowing, that sacred place inside of us that is all knowing. So here is the begining of how to learn to feel your way through something. We all have triggers, but as we learn how to identify our triggers, we can learn how to dismantle them.
