When I was in high school I hated science. I believed that I wasn’t capable of doing science, that my brain just wasn’t wired that way.

A few years later when my sister was at the University of Toronto studying chemistry and I was still in high school studying commercial art. It was her exam time and she had a Very bad flue, her head was all stuffed up and she couldn’t read. My sister Olga is one of those people that she reads something once or someone says something to her one time and it is in her brain for life. So I said I would read her her text book and she could just listen.

It was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. I could understand chemistry. When I read it out loud I could see it in pictures in my head and it made sense to me. In that moment I understood that we can all learn anything, you just need to find the right way to understand it.

‘Law of Attraction’. I have been having ridiculous computer problems since the end of last year Both my computer and phone died at the end of 2012 within about two weeks of each other and I switched over to Apple.

Now there are many things that I love about Apple, but I think that the most important part of my story is that I was leaving PC. And my brother in law Anderw is the family computer God and he exceptionally good at what he does. So actually my greatest fear was leaving that security behind and I made the decision that this was going to be tough and I would not be able to do it myself.

Despite going over to Apple my brother in law Andrew continues to help me with my computer needs however he really enjoys his PC’s and so I now go to Apple school so that I can learn how to do things on my own as well.

Now I came across the business side of Apple and the Apple Business side of the store that I have been going to is run by another computer God named Doug. Doug is also extremely knowledgable and can either fix or direct you to the right person.

When I started having email problems both Andrew and Doug told me that I should get a gmail account but I didn’t want one, I wanted it to work my way, with them doing the work, even though when it comes to computer technology I don’t have a my way.

Really along the way I had decided that this was going to be tough and that no matter what the computer Gods did for me it was going to be hard and so it has been.
Well I now have a gmail account and I have email again.

You would think that I would have remembered my old science experiment, but sometimes our limiting beliefs are so strong that we don’t even realize that we have them until we have smashed ourselves up against a brick wall a few times. So sorry and Andrew and Doug and thank you.

We are all limitless beings with unlimited potential.

If anyone is interested I will be doing a Teaching in the forest about how to connect to the Natural world and draw and maintain strength in these times of transition. We will be meeting at St. Elizabeth Seaton Catholic School off Whites Rd. in the parking lot on Tuesday May 21 at 7:30pm and then head into the forest . The cost is $20 per person, anyone under eighteen is $5.

Many years ago I was working on a painting of a lion. The lion is oil paint on canvas and it is five by seven feet. This painting took me six months to complete, I worked on it every single day and it took me that long to figure it out. But by the time I had finished the lion I was a different painter. First of all I no longer used brushes, I now primarily paint with my fingers and my work is much more alive than it had been before the lion. My work can actually be seen as pre-lion/ post-lion.

At the end of last year I bought an apple computer and apple phone. Since then I have been going to Apple school to learn how to use my computer and phone, which by the way I love as I learn more and more how to use them.

My email address has been hacked twice in the last three months, it was a bit of mess and the account is no longer. If any one has sent me an email in the last six weeks, I could not read it. Everything is now working properly, my new email address is:info@christinekowal.com and everyone has been incredibly helpful.

It was however a stressful time, I was reading alot of Abraham – Esther and Jerry Hicks, ‘A Course in Miracles; where I always go for strength. And once I stopped being scared and started to understand this as an opportunity to create new things without having to hang on to the old ones I started to ask for help and as soon as I started to ask help was given.

I am feeling like my computer issues this year are somewhat similar to my Lion painting. Something both of my parents taught me was never give up. I have learned in life ‘when you want things in your life to change you have to change things in your life’ – Kevin Trudeau.

As a result of the stress all of this was causing and my perpetual pursuit of ‘thoughts that feel good’ – Mike Dooley. I have made alot of changes to my lifestyle in the past couple of months.

Leo and I start the day off every morning with a walk, first thing we do, even before coffee. I am eating less and more vegetables. I am using my phone more and actually calling people up and talking to them instead of just emailing or texting, its quite nice really AND I am giving up my movies as a steady diet. I am a huge movie fan, I consider a good movie to be a teaching and a piece of Artwork, however I will now be watching them as a treat. It is amazing how much space I have found in my head since I have started reading and thinking more without any background noise. Silence really is a beautiful thing, its given me back my peace. And so I am grateful for my new computer and my new email address and the more grounded me.

The shifts that are going on right now in your life might seem somewhat overwhelming but they are a natural part of 2013, bringing forth a world run by love, we are all one, and communion. As we enter into this very special time our lives seem to be somewhat rocky and shifting. Nothing seems to be quite working in the same manner that it was and this is true.

But don’t be alarmed the world is shifting into a good place and as it does this so do our lives so there are changes that are occurring. What might have felt like the right thing yesterday seems somewhat unsure today. Thats okay, you are shifting as well as are your relationships, your finances and your day to day lives, it is all good and bringing you to a better and stronger place. So don’t be alarmed. Just close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and ask your question, first feeling or thought before logic is your answer and if you have a question give me a call.

‘Absolutely Everything that You need is Inside of You’

Becoming Who You Came Here to Be, is using your own magnificence that is inside of you. Knowing how to get to it and access it with each and every decision that you make and then raise your energy or vibration to allow all good things to come to you.

Life is about joy, Love and fulfilment. Living a happy life, doing what you are here to do. It is not hard, it is a shift in attitude, understanding that You have ‘Absolutely and Completely Everything that You need Inside of You,’ and how to keep that half full glass of yours full.

That means living the way you want to live, following your own inner voice, ‘Becoming Who You Came Here to Be’ and living in harmony with others.

When I was younger I was afraid that I would never fit into the real world because I understood the world differently. I saw the world from the inside out. I new what everyone was thinking and feeling and I was often responding to that instead of what they were pretending or saying or looking like.

In actuality what I have learnt through the years in the work that I do with people and animals is that we are all special and that we all understand the world a little differently, thats part of what makes life so wonderful, our differences as well as our similarities. And in actuality we all want to live a good and happy life filled with Love as Who We Came here to Be.

Many years ago when I was in grade school I new a boy named Steven McRae. He was my favourite person in the world, I remember coming to school and being excited that I would get to sit next to him and talk to him and I loved being his friend.

He was very kind and sweet and years later when we were in middle school and I was going through my horrible awkward years and having horrible family problems and he was the most popular boy in school going out with the most popular girl and still he was always very sweet to me. That kindness and gentleness that he showed me has stayed with me in my life and sometimes Steven MacRae will just pop into my head and I will think about him for a few days and he will appear in my dreams and then he will be gone.

Its my fiftieth Birthday this Friday and so I am feeling somewhat nostalgic, a little self indulgent and very grateful for the life I have had up until now and also very excited for the second part of my life. I used to feel kind of guilty when ever I thought about Steven McRae, by the way he and his family moved away at the end of grade 8 and I never saw him again.

But I realized today that I don’t feel guilty anymore I am just very grateful that I met such a wonderful person who became my friend when I was little.

There are certain people when I think of them they make me feel good, some are from the past others from the present and some are in the future.
Happy Birthday Steven MacRae and to Everybody who turns 50 and up this year, this is a very special year for us.
And Happy Birthday to Everybody it is a special year for us all.

Become who you came here to be is about learning how to believe in yourself enough to go to that piece of God inside of You, that Inner Knowing for all of Your answers.

It means letting people know who you are and how you feel by telling the truth and standing up for what you believe in when nobody else is standing up, it will make you strong, it will make you believe in yourself and your life will become a magnificent place.

To become the best possible person You can be takes being the best possible person you can be. So Close Your Eyes ~ Put Your Hand on Your Heart and Ask Your Question ~ Your First Feeling or Thought Before logic is Your Answer ~ Act Now

Don’t be afraid everyone will Love You

We are finally here. The End of 2012 was the end of a world operating from greed avarice and competition. Our world is now operating from Love, Communion and We are all One.

That means that we take responsibility for our own lives and go out there and be and do what we came here to be, there will be challenges but as you follow that inner knowing, that piece of God inside of You your solutions will come faster and easier and those challenges will melt away.

The First Feeling or Thought is your answer – before logic

That is where You now operate from, that Piece of God inside of You. And now that we are vibrating at a higher level it is time to work on raising our vibrations. Bad thoughts create negative vibration and bring negative things vibrating at that negative vibration to us. Good thoughts create a higher vibration and bring good things vibrating at that higher level to us.

So when you are upset, don’t panic instead stop for a moment and think about that thing you are upset about and think of all of the good things attached to it. You need to flip that negative thought that makes you angry and unhappy into a positive thought that makes you feel good. When you feel good you bring good things to you.

The reason that I love this quote from ‘A Course in Miracles’ is because our Love can be felt throughout the entire Universe. It is like that pebble that creates a little or big splash that then vibrates out and effects everything. We are that way, that beautiful piece of God inside of us. Every thought and action that we make reaches out into the world and touches everybody. Always choose Love. Love is the most important thing in the world. Our inner knowing will bring us to Love and guide us forward, don’t be afraid to be who you are, that is why you are here.

Always choose Love, We are All Connected through our Heart Energy.

I was in Toronto on Thursday October 11, 2012 driving along Queen St. and I was driving really slow. All of a sudden I saw a girl about to cross the street.  She looked to check for a veichle from both sides but was not quite far enough to see the van coming towards her on her side. As she stepped out the van struck her, it was like watching something in slow motion, not enough time to do anything and not enough time to stop anything.

As the van hit her, she was hit and then bounced onto the grill with her whole body and then onto the road and lay motionless for a moment. That moment, where everyone waits, and then she started rolling on the ground and got up and started moving towards the sidewalk. In that moment when she lay there I could n’t move my car I had started to hit my breaks as soon as she stepped out onto the road and my car was quite aways away from her lying on the pavement.

At that moment I couldn’t move my car forward my mind was thinking I should move forward, but I simply knew that I had to stay where I was, they needed space to make her better.Later I realized there were a large gathering of angels all taking up the space and they were making her better, they needed that space.

She got up and moved onto the sidewalk and then everyone sprang into action. God moves through all of us in mysterious ways. That accident was nobodies fault, it was just that an accident.

We are all here for one another. Follow your inner knowing, do what that gut feeling tells you to do and always know that that is the right way.

Do what you know you have to do in the moment and if you have a question Close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and ask a question, the first feeling or thought is your answer – that piece of God inside of You.
